Help! 12 months ago

can anyone tell me the exact nutritional infomation for extra soft jumbo lunch rolls, purchased from woolworths? Coz im really not sure and i prefer to be spot on with my calorie counting.

I really have no idea about what I want to do with the rest of my life, there is only one thing that I am quite certain of though, I want to be a mother. I want to be the center of a little beings world for awhile. I want to be needed. I want to give someone happiness and love that I’ve always wanted.

Wonder if it will ever happen…

As some of you may know... 12 months ago

I wrote an entry on here a couple of days ago, telling you guys about how I injured my feet by chasing these guys who stole stuff from my parents business causing me to give up and binge, well I failed to jump back on the wagon yesterday as my feet still haven’t healed. Im too afraid to weigh myself to see how much i’ve gained as i’ve been eating to comfort me from the pain.

Today i’ve decided although I cant workout I can at least practice some self control and eat healthy so that when my body heals i’ll have the energy to push myself harder. I’m not gonna weigh myself till my usual weigh day saturday, so I wont be triggered to binge. If anyone has any suggestions that could help me from being discouraged or even meal suggestions that could ensure I do not gain would be very much appeciated. I hope everyone is doing great, stay strong!!!
