I’ve heard some incredible stuff about their live show (and this is from a friend who has seen hundreds of bands). The energy level is absolutely insane and the lead singer supposedly never even looks winded. I think they’re actually one of the top bands I would want to see in concert out of any band that’s been around during my lifetime, and that’s saying a lot coming from me. ONE of..
Obviously I need to get on that while they’re still together…see if they live up to the hype.

I SO have a “this damn book” that needs to get moving again. I have all these awesome ideas for a series of stories which are aimed at children, young adults and adults all together (multiple levels of humor/enjoyment), which have been absolutely adored by all my friends whom I’ve related the stories to. I really look forward to seeing this all come together, but I just need to get the ball rolling again and put more stuff on paper…
I even have a cousin who’s an EXTREMELY talented artist and is very willing to aid in drawing the pictures. What the hell am I doing?

Some things I’d recommend:
Make sure it has a very large opening for ease of cleaning. This doesn’t have to be the drinking opening, as drinking from HUGE openings isn’t fun, especially if you’re trying to drink while active.
Make sure the body-type facilitates easy cleaning—i.e., if there’s a fluid-bearing handle (such as is found on the common milk gallon) you’ll have a hard time cleaning in there.
Make sure it has a solid seal and is absolutely leak-proof (I have been surprised at how many times a good seal has been an issue).
Make sure if the lid has threads that the threads aren’t plastic and that they aren’t easy to cross-thread.
I’d also recommend that it be no less than 32 oz. Any less than that just isn’t enough if you really intend to consistently drink how much your body needs you to be drinking.
