My weight is now 76 kg so I have lost 2 kilos since February. The big breakthrough will come when the scale shows less than 75 , because I haven’t been under that number for a few years. I hope I will not sabotage this by eating too much at Christmas or so.

How I did it: I put the camera in the hall so I could see it often, and made it to a habit to bring it with me every time I went out. I started to look around me more closely to find motifs to photograph. I took picures of anyhting, my son's teddybear, the moon on a bright night, graffiti, a beautiful flower, I even photographed the laundry room when doing my weekly laundry : ) I stopped thinking that the motifs had to be very interesting or beautiful … Read how I did it…
Yes, I know, it is not a new invention :) But for some reason I have missed the benefit of wearing earplugs while sleeping. I’ve heard of people doing this, but it seemed so uncomfortable and I didn’t think I would have much use of it.
Now I have tested for about a week and my sleep has definitely improved. I feel more private while wearing them, like I am disconnected from the world (in a positive way) so I am able to relax more. I’s like I enter my own little world. I think it mostly must be a psychological thing, but who cares as long as it works.
Who could believe that a pair of simple earplugs could be that effective?
I played Lotto on Saturday, had bet 22 kr and won 24. The win was 2 kronor, so I added them to the money I’ve collected so far. Result: 60 kr and 50 öre.
