My children are grown now (29 and 25)and we remain very close. I make point of contacting them at least once a week and we often get together for family gatherings. Make the effort it is well worth it!

I recently retired and my wife and I lived in San Francisco. We have relocated to Atlanta and leased a home while we decide where to move. We have looked in Atlanta near one of my sisters, Myrtle Beach near one of my brothers and Jacksonville near another brother. We want to be near family and we have already accomplished that moving from the West Coast! I prefer the “Low Country” on the coast i.e. Savannah, Charleston, Jacksonville, etc. My wife will probally prefer the larger cities like Atlanta.

I lived and worked in Alaska for eight years and on my travels throughout the state I often saw Northern Lights! Well worth doing!
