When completed, in the next several years, it will be the longest continuous trail of its kind in the world. I think it would be great to cycle the trail in the late spring to early fall with a small group. Perhaps 2012 or 2013? Let me know if you are interested.

When I was younger, I was extremely active in sports and fitness. I had no worries about weight gain, even though I ate like a horse! Now that I am older and have slowed down, I still have the same eating habits. I still am physically active, and have no problem with working out, I just have to control my sweet tooth and eat less. I just don’t seem to have the will power.
I have dozens of story ideas and beginnings to stories. I never seem to follow-through. It is always something that I can do “later on.”
