My first semester in college, at North Carolina State University, and I made A+/A/A/A-/A-/B+. I was almost there! But hey, I am absolutely fine with those grades. Maybe next semester it’ll be all A’s. Unfortunately, I could get straight A-’s (90-92) and end up with a 3.67 GPA, so I really have to get straight regular A’s, or enough A+’s to balance the A-’s… It’s rough. But oh well, I’m doing fine and well on my way to a successful college career and a successful future as a computer game developer! :)

How I did it: I started by installing the program KeePass a couple years ago. As you can see by my entry, I had just tried it at the time of writing here. Basically you just install it and keep it running at all times. It locks and stays down in your system tray. Then when you need a password, just hit Ctrl+Alt+K and it pops up - type your master password and hit enter, and then find the website for which you need your password. From there you can hit … Read how I did it…

I am known as Ricket there, the Wiki admin and frequent forum poster. I look forward to seeing everyone there!
Also, in response to redhelix666’s comment (7 months ago!), it would not be a good idea to make a flash MMORPG but it might be possible. I actually think RuneScape’s graphics are pretty good. I don’t like the cartoonish look of WoW (and WoW is BORING!) but RuneScape is just… normal. Sure, it’s a bit pixelated and low-detail, but who cares? The gameplay is awesome, and the graphics do not hinder gameplay.

I know there are multiple password managers, but I have just gotten KeyPass because I love supporting open source software, and because it seems great. I just installed it about an hour ago, and I’ve been setting it up off and on. I have been securing all of my accounts across the internet, and KeyPass works great. Basically I go into KeyPass and make a new entry with the site, and then I have KeyPass generate a completely random, long mess of characters. Then, I visit the web site and log in and then go to the change password page and change the password to this long mess, and then I delete my old password from Firefox. It has worked very well so far. I also like how KeyPass can lock itself after a set amount of time, and how when you copy a password to the clipboard it automatically clears the password from the clipboard after a short amount of time (I set it to 10 seconds).
I guess I’ll be done with this goal soon, there’s not much to it. I just need to finish going down the long list of sites that I have accounts for, and randomize each one’s password and then store it in KeyPass.
