Sadly, I spend a lot of time in my office. It’s a nice office, with lots of natural light and new furniture, but it’s so boring. I want to feel like I’m at home when I come here. I need pictures of my family, some nice artwork, flowers, etc. I don’t want to feel miserable about spending so much time here.

How I did it: When I started sorting out my inbox I had over 2500 e-mails just sitting there waiting to be sorted or deleted. I logged on many times during the day and gave myself a goal of sorting through about one hundred e-mails each time. It took me about 5 minutes at each log in to sort through 100 e-mails. I put those that I wanted to keep in folders, but most just needed to be deleted. It's just a small thing that I did to organize my life,… Read how I did it…
I want to stop buying stuff, but it has nothing to do with saving money for a vacation or a shopping spree. Humanity is on a downward spiral to total annihilation and is taking the rest of the planet down with it. At the root of it all is our addiction to buying stuff.
Buying stuff has become somewhat obsession for me. I’m constantly thinking of how I’m going to spend my next pay check. I want a new couch, a new outfit, new shows, highlights, a blender, etc. It’s all so distracting and keeps me away from focusing on what really matters. From now on, no more buying stuff. It has to have a real purpose.
This is probably my favourite quote because it makes so much sense. I know that my behaviour in a way contributes to a lot of what is wrong in the world. Like most of my peers I consume and consume and consume. I want to change that. I want to prove to myself that I can be the change I want to see in the world.
One question. Has anyone ever been able to click the I’m done button for this one?
