Okay, there some issue about it…i started diet a week ago. I stop eating rice. as rice is daily staples for us. *asian…
or i could say i’ve tried not to eat rice.
Because rice is addicting and it was keep me eating more…
no to mention in has low GMI which cause you crave food faster. Cause you even hungrier fasten…!
