when i first got my credit cards i charged it up to it’s max (which thank goodness wasn’t all that high). i am pleased to say that i paid it off in less than a year on my minimum wage, part-time student job. i cut back on some things to be able to do it… and it was mainly charges due to getting into a car accident… so i didn’t even get to enjoy what i spent my money on! actually i had to wait 3 months before i could get my car back… hmmm maybe not having a car actually helped me save money… no random trips to buy stuff. anywayyyy, i was so happy when i paid it down! good luck to you on your goal!

How I did it: I started out the semester with a planner and went through each syllabus to put in due dates of projects and test dates. I set deadlines for myself earlier than the actual ones, and although I did not always make my personal deadlines I always made the actual ones. Also, if you put more effort in at the start of the semester the professors take note and you can step back a little bit (I don't mean slack off!) during the rest o… Read how I did it…
How I did it: My family went on vacation, and we went snorkeling! It was fun, and we took a lot of pictures with our underwater disposable cameras. I had a great time and saw some awesome looking fish. Next step, is scuba diving! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had to get up early for work over the summer 5 days a week! That habit forced me to go to bed earlier because I was simply tired earlier. Now I am back at school, and have morning classes -- so I get up early for those. I try to get up early even on weekends and the days I don't have class to stay in the habit. Waking up earlier makes me feel like I have so much more time everyday to get things done. My hop… Read how I did it…

last summer i lived on my own when taking summer classes at school. i barely ever ate out and cooked food pretty much every day. i’m hoping this summer i can do the same when i go back up to school… but this time i’ll be working all summer… then during the school year i’m living off campus. i’m worried that i’ll be too busy or too tired to get myself to cook meals. i hope i can do it! i love cooking—and i always try to make healthier meals which taste even better cause i made them! =)
lots of rejections… less than a handful of callbacks for interviews… but the hard work paid off! i accepted an offer today! i’m quite excited, but nervous…
only downside—it’s part time so i have to find another job as well to pay the bills… but that’s ok! i need some experience in my field! yay!
and good luck to all of you trying to do this!!
