5 Things I am grateful for:

A warm bed with lots of covers.

Sharing my daughter’s day with her.

Walking without fear.

People who love me.

That I can put good food on our table.

Every minute is precious. We have a choice about whether to let that minute pass by, unrecognized and unmemorable; or we can breathe in the joy and passion of life. I know that living in the moment takes some work until you are more aware of your footsteps. Yet why come to the end of your life and realize that there were all those fleeting moments that you don’t remember. So remember now, live them now, breathe them in now.
