I just read Be Here Now published by the lama foundation. Very trippy. Now I’m starting Anger by Thich Nhat Hanh. I’m a couple of chapters into it and I’m really enjoying it.
I’ve gained weight again. But that’s ok. I’m not beating myself up for it, and I’m not giving up. I know I can do this. I’m learning to take better care of myself.
