When I was a student I did it three times I week. Since I work I totally stopped it. Last year I tried to begin it again and it worked well until I went on holidays. Afterwards I had so many excuses for not swimming (not enough time, too much to do in the office, etc..).
Bu now I am planning to do it again, the first weeks will be the hardest….

I have very different reasons why I want to travel to Israel:
1. It’s the birthplace of three world religions and you can’t understand the actual political situation there without knowing anything about the history.
2. As a catholic I want to walk on historic grounds and visit the place where Jesus lived.
3. As a german I have to face the past and the crimes which were committed to the jewsish people in the name of the germans 60 years ago. Because of that I want to visit Yad Vashem to bow myself in respect for the 6 million innocent jews, killed by the Nazis…
I got my PADI certification at the Maledives in 1997 and never regreted a single cent that I’ve spend for this hobby. You really dive into a complete other world when you are undewater. The problmes of your everyday life are so secondary and unimportant when you are discovering the beuatiful underwater world. Besides the Maledives I dived in Egypt, Spain (Mallorca), Gozo, Vancouver Island, Greece and the Baltic Sea.
My most impressive dive was with sharks, it was a huge experience to be so close to this beautiful animals which are so wrongly demonized…
