is there any way to completely disable IE? don’t want the damn thing to pop, even accidentally.

ok, it’s not a novel, but I think I’ll go for it! more details yet to come.
After 4.5 years and every possible gift…. and you always have to be original and charming and sophisticated and not banal… less than 2 weeks to go and I am totally clueless. Final date: May 20th. She is 23, fashioable, charming and smart. Any help would very welcomed.
