I'm doing 34 things
Everyday. Everyday. I miss him. I see his face in the mirror. Had the 4th of July at the house and thought about how proud he’d have been to be a great grandpa, I can imagine him teasing Jason about being grandpa Petty now. He’d be sneaking all the grandkids candy and ice cream. He’d already be fixing Cassi’s car, he wouldn’t wait for the insurance adjusters, he’d want it to be done. He’d be so pround of Jeremy and Cameron, but he would have went to the airport to see them off, and maybe even cried like he did the first time Jeremy left for basic. Maybe. He would have teased Chris about having the volleyball net going into the sun. He’d laugh at Tyler and talk about how much he’s like Jon. He’d enjoy the food and eat an extra helping of Edna rice and chicken. He’d lay on a blanket on the hill with mom and watch the fireworks. And he’d hug each and every one of us when the day was through.

Can you believe that here is June, I am #1. I can hardl believe it. I am SOOO grateful to all the amazing women who have utilized me as a party consultant or purchased straight from me, they really don’t understand what a huge goal this is for me. After quitting working years and years ago and working for my husband basically since 1998, it’s so nice to have something that is mine. Not that he has ever made it an issue, but do you know what I mean? This is MINE. Thank you all.
