Still going really strong 2 years ago

So far since the 31st the only meat I’ve eaten is the little bit of bacon that was in my baked potato soup I got for lunch at work one day (didn’t realize it was in it). It’s kinda crazy how I’ll look at menus now and the veg items pop out at me.

I still do need to get my weight up, but I’ve got this affinity for black beans now so I don’t think protein is gonna be an issue.

Still early in this goal, but so far so good!

I think I've become unintentionally veg 2 years ago

Wow, so far since the night of Dec 31st I’ve been fully veg. I hadn’t hit me until today when I was in Chipolte and the thought of the carnitas burrito that I usually order made me want to puke. Didn’t think that feeling would happen so fast. I’m feeling great w/ more energy than I’m used to (despite 2 hrs sleep last night…the goal of sleeping right is still in the works).

All in all I gotta say this is much easier so far than I thought. I’ve got rice, black beans, and salsa w/ a cheese quesadilla for lunch tomorrow so I’m gonna keep the trend going. It’s starting to feel like an adventure/challange and I’m digging it!
