let go of the people who are not good for me

It’s not always easy to let go of people who are in the end, not very good for us. In my case, it is my very good friend (no longer any of those descriptors) who for some reason beyond my understanding, has decided that she is better than me and can judge me. Well, friends do not do that, and friends do not break people’s trust. So while she may get a lot from being who she is, I do not get anything from her. So, it’s over… I cannot let myself feel so crappy because of one person. So it’s time to let this person go.

every day is fresh, with no mistakes in it 8 months ago

It seems to me that we are often too hard on ourselves. But we forget that we have the chance to wake up every morning and start a new day, fresh, with no mistakes in it.

I am going to do my best to remember this. To remember that these little events in my life, however meaningful they seem to be at first, are not as important as they may appear.

Problem- solution 8 months ago

I’ve been feeling very bored lately. So I decided that the best thing to do, would be to just pick some activities and make dates and just do them- be more spontaneous. I called up a friend after work yesterday and we went for dinner and we had a fabulous time. Living passionately requires effort unfortunately. But a little goes a long way. Let’s see what I can do tonight.
