As of januari I’ve been taking up this goal again.
And it’s going great.
I’m nog 100% or anything, but I’ve decided to take the first quarter of this year (janu-march) to slowly implement more living foods into my diet, to a point where I feel I can maintain that kind of diet.
I’m currently eating about 50-70 % raw, wich for me means, fruity/raw breakfast, Lunch exist out of 1 or 2 slices of bread and the rest of the plate is filled with mjammie greens, or fruits, and diner is depending on how hungry I am, either a salad, or a cooked dinner with lots of raw veggies as a side dish, or bread with lots of raw foods to accompanie it.
So basicly I make sure to eat something raw with everything I eat, and when I feel like I need something cooked, no problem I just eat it and balance it with lots of raw foods, making sure the main part of my diet is raw.
In time (these three months) I will try to replace as many cooked foods for raw stuff, my goal is to go between the 80% and 90% raw.

I feel great already.
Happyer (most of the time) more balanced, and I have had some insights about my lifegoal (insights I’ve been trying to get for the past 1.5 year!).. I’m not sure if its the living foods doing this..but it’s amazing how it’s all coming together at the same time huh.
