This is going to be hard since I’ve never gotten my hair to really grow – it just gets to a certain point and starts breaking off. All I’m doing for now is getting my regular touch ups and keep it moisturized with hair oil, but I’m sure I need to do more. Will need to do some research….

Thanks to my insurance program, I can afford personal training sessions at the gym! It’s really helping me since it’s very challenging. It’s been about three weeks since I started, but I can do heavier weights and more reps already. No visible changes physique-wise just yet, but I certainly feel better.

Expensive, but I find it to be worthwhile. I really enjoy the program, despite the annoying sound effects. I can’t wait to proceed to the next levels! Right now I only have Japanese level 1, and I also want to get French and Italian level 1, probably some time next year when I’ve saved up enough money.
