For the first time this week I did a mile of walking at work. It felt good to do it too. I feel stronger, more confident. Now I just need to keep it up.

Better so far

I’m doing much better today. I’ve eaten more protein, and no fast food. My problem is when I get home. I have things to do, but I always end up eating. When I did my walk today I said positive affirmations to myself some of the time. I hope by doing that I’ll be able to at least pause for a minute before I do something self destructive (like overeat).
