So I’m at a 6g now I believe. Been stretching too fast so I am going to wait a whole 2 months until I put in the 4g. I am so excited! Thought I only wanted to get to 0g but now I’m not so sure…

How I did it: Can't quit unless you want to. Can't want to unless there's a good reason. Find your reason.I told my boyfriend that I was going to stop. I promised him, and even though he would not have been upset with me for smoking again, I would have. I will never break a promise to him.He has in essence turned into my anti-cig. Read how I did it…
How I did it: God, finally recolored my hair the way I like it after about 6 months of it fading into this crap blonde color. Said screw it to the Sally Beauty people and bought a plain old eight dollar box of dye from DVS. Worked like a charm. Read how I did it…
How I did it: First of all what I did was I started budgeting myself so I knew how much I was allowed to spend per week. Then I made sure that any time I used my card I chose credit so I can avoid those stupid 50 cent fees for choosing debit. Then I would save all my receipts and write down everything I ever bought in my checkbook. I kept a little calculator with me so I could know exactly how much I had at any given time.I cut a lot of the unnecessary … Read how I did it…

Finally got around to buying a set of acrylic tapers for 15 bucks off the web. I went to shop4bodyjewelry.com. Going through them quite well, I’m at the third set of tapers so far. I had to backtrack for a bit because when I went to pull one of the tapers out to clean it it started bleeding. Bad start. Then again I was trying to move up in tapers every two days or so. Dumb on my part. I figure it doesn’t matter much at such a small stage anyway but I should take care of my ears for the sake of doing it.
Just checked and apparently I’ve just put in the 10g. Very exciting. Dunno if I’ll go past 0, but we’ll see. The only thing holding me back is stupid-I like the fact that my earlobes don’t hang. They just connect to my face with no dangly bits. I guess I’ll get over it, but I used to have pretty earlobes, ha!
I know exactly what I have to do-it’s just doing it that’s the problem. This is why I can’t wait to get my own house, so I can buy only the foods that I’d feel comfortable about eating whilst losing weight. I need to go back to what I was doing before. I have to cut out sodas and only drink juices, water, and tea.
I have to start running all over again, among other things.
I have to make sure I only eat when I really truly am hungry, not when I’m bored or when I just feel like eating something tasty.
I have to cut back on junk foods like Oreos and peanut butter, and Fruit Roll-ups and chips. I have to make my own meals instead of going out and snagging fries and a vegan pizza to scarf down.
I’ve got to start eating something in the mornings to get my metabolism going, and I have to bring little healthy snacks to work with me, like fruits and dried fruit leathers, veggies, smoothies and the like.
I have to watch my portions as well. I can put away food, but if I want to lose 15 pounds then I need to make sure I eat only until I am not hungry anymore.
I have to constantly drink water. All the time, water water water. It’s supposedly good for your complexion too, and it cleans you out. A lot of the time when you think you’re hungry it’s really that your thirsty and your body can’t distinguish the difference.
