Really cool city, would have liked it better if I weren’t sick. Mostly I love all the history. I went to a pub that existed before America was a country. I think the sign actually said it was rebuilt in 1663! Crazy. Its neat how the old buildings mingle with the really new and modern ones.

How I did it: Londoners are not totally the high fiving type, but if you;re pretty aggressive about it and leave them no choice they'll do it. I did get quite a few enthusiastic high fivers though, some even gave me a high ten, and one guy corrected me when I said "HIGH FIVE!" and put up both hands, he said, "Thats a high ten actually." but I said I'd take a high ten and he was down so it was all good. I just asked everyone I passed and went for the… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I read the book and talked to people who have done it or were doing it at the time. I started on a Saturday. The Monday before was my last day to eat what I wanted. After that I cut out dairy and alcohol. I'm already vegetarian, but if I weren't I would have cut out meat too. the next few days I focused on eating lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains. On Friday I only had fruit and vegetable juice. Then Saturd… Read how I did it…
How I did it: It was just one of those things I really wanted to do, and everything just fell into place. I had a good friend from a small rural town in Maryland. When my friend found out I wanted to milk a cow, she thought it was pretty funny, but said there were a lot of cows around her and she could probably find one for me to milk. She found out that her little brother was in the boy scouts with a boy who lived on a dairy farm and her dad set th… Read how I did it…
