It’s so near to xmas and I can’t find anything that will fit me right. (sigh) And I know that no amount of exercise will get me in shape by that time. (sigh) I love my food too much so diets are out of the question.
Hey! I still feel good though… I’ve been exercising for now for 2 weeks “hmmm” I hear you say … but I haven’t been so positive about my routine in years… I know I can’t look hot for xmas and so my goal is next summer to be toned and to have lost at least 3 dress sizes.
I’m proud of what I’ve done in the last 2 weeks and so I’m patting myself on the back!
