still rockin and rollin
recently got in a car accident and my heads been hurtung.. which hassomehwat impeded training… but as long as i keep taking care of myself.. staying on top of it and going to phsio i see know reason why i cant achieve my goals this xc season!

How I did it: I just wrote it! I wanted to write for a while and i finally got it out there! so far so good! its been three weeks since my break and I’m still just as ready to run as i was on day one
seems its alot easier wheni know what im running for. Noit for weight loss, respect etc. but for myself. I WANT TO WIN, and i love to run and thats it
