How I did it: Honestly i don't know how i feel about it simply because i won the race, by quite a bit. It was a comfortable pace... but i stayed with the pack.. first lap was out of the comfort zone a little but then i got right into it. sat on the lead girls then Brit told me to go and i did with 3 laps remaining. Normally i would have been hesitant about going with so many also to go, but i just went! and i managed to just squeeze under… Read how I did it…
How I did it: A lot of tears and frustration, but finally broke 18 min . first 1759, then 1750( although i think that course was short). the 1759 course man i jus ran, pushed it the entire way, probably my proudest race during cross country.
