Since I graduated. The last 5 or so was since December, but come September, I want to be in tiptop shape. I go to gym quite regularly, and enjoy swimming a lot, but at the moment I am really trying to be a good girl and only eet the right stuff that happens to be good for my body. Will keep you posted.

My novel is a skeleton right now, I started writing, then stopped: I needed to sort the plot out first. I want it finished by the end of the year, so keep a lookout for it…
a cure for cravings

Well, this is all personal, but I found a cup of sweet milky tea hits the spot very well. For me personally, sugar is not much of a problem, and fatfree milk is guiltfree, so get it hot, and soak up!
It leaves me feelig warm and fuzzy, exactly the feeling I crave when I think I want a piece of chocolate cake.
Another cure, is to get a a picture of your goal in you’re head. Then, when you feel you can devour a horse, you think of that slim waist, and it is easier to stick to yogurt and fresh fruit :)
