No fast food, no (or limited) fried food, no soft drinks, all fresh, natural food. I also exercise regularly (whether it be running or weight lifting).
I have lost something like 4% bodyfat and have gained about 10 pounds of muscle doing so. I look and feel so much better than I did a few years ago it’s amazing.
But one word of advice tops it all: consistency.

As long as you balance your life with school (whether it be in college or high school), you’re cool.
Also pay attention to how you learn best, and don’t try to study in ways that you know don’t work. It sounds obvious, but so many people do it.
