How I did it: Made an appointment two days ago, but when I had the exam yesterday the therapist let me go without actually doing a massage. It was just an assessment of my current condition. So, I made another appt. this morning and they were able to take me on short notice. It was a very nice 45 minutes. I loved it! Read how I did it…

I’m only doing about half the mileage (or even less) than I want to do per week, but such is the way it is with my work hours and energy level during the week.
This run felt good, but I’d really like my fitness level to be better when I race. I don’t like to breath as hard as I do when I’m not in the best shape.
