There’s just nothing good for you about it. A little sparkling water once in a while, sure. But as for soda, who needs the sugar and crappy chemicals. Diet or regular, it messes with your tastebuds and your metabolism. Fucks up your teeth and gives you bloat. Yuck. Life without soda is cheaper and better for you.
