has worked out somewhat well.. im down a couple pounds besides a slip up yesterday and today..
but here it is.. i read it or think about it when im tempted..
1. it feels horrible after.. [physically/mentally]
2. i get all groggy afterwards and irritable and dont want to do anything.
3. food is always there. a yummy sit down meal is better than standing up eating cereal. lol
4. it keeps packing on the pounds
5. creates embarassing weight fluctuations.
Instead:
1. Drink lots of water [makes you feel full faster]
2. make/plan out an actually meal. [if im really craving, fuck it ill make a high calorie meal so at least im satisfied]
3. sit down and enjoy it.
4. eat really slowly. with tiny bits and sip a drink in between.
5. take meals out in public
6. stop eating when my cal limit hits
7. after im finished, get up and do something else.
[smoke/leave the house/get some coffee/ go read/ study/ call someone and chit chat]
i dont know it has definitly helped somewhat.
also.. its easy to remember how it feels after a binge. sometime ill look at that food and think ‘gross’ and im not even tempted to touch it.
