Week One 2 years ago

I was able to acheive a 7.2lb weight loss the first week of journey to thin. I was able to accomplish this by journaling what I ate, weighing foods and eating healthy portions and foods, snacking on sugar free candy and frozen blueberries and most of all, feeling worthy of being a fit individual!

Well, I finally did it! After a few years of contemplation, I rejoined WW. I know its only the first step in the process, but somtimes, the first step is the hardest one to take. I have a huge goal and its about as big as I’ve become over the years. I didn’t gain this weight overnight and I cannot expect quick results. I just have to stick with it now and not ever forget the feelings I have while Fat!
