My department was extremely understaffed, so I did a lot of 10-12 hours days, for about 8 months. I was solely responsible for… an unfortunate amount of work. As soon as we got additional help I stopped all of that craziness. It was hard to let go and let someone else help, but it is great to have other people shoulder some of the burden!

I just can’t throw recyclables away. I’m not sure why… we did not recycle when I was growing up… I started when I got my first apartment. At one job I even collected paper and beverage containers and took them home to recycle them. I just feel that this is a growing problem that we can do something about with just a little effort…
I tried actually joining a gym. Two, actually. I had trial runs at two gyms in town, and a friend and I went to both of them 2-3 days a week. Neither of us had been near a gym for, erm, several years. Lots of years! Now the average is 4-5 workouts per week, both heavy-duty cardio, and also weight-training! Good stuff!
