I’ve wanted to do this for a little while, but I only just started running to begin with, so it’s still going to take a while. But it’s a good thing to have as a goal anyway.

How I did it: I've finally taken sports seriously. Flexibility is just one goal, but I always meant it as a part of healthy keeping-fit routine. In this particular case however: exercising and then stretching is one thing, but yoga proved to be much more efficient in the end. And I always thought yoga is such a waste of time! I still do it my way though, I've only been to one yoga lesson. Read how I did it…
Now I’m on the road again. I have nine months ahead of me to spend in Berlin and to study in a German university. I’ve also arranged myself a German roommate, which is definately helping me make progress.
I already put all my money into this.
Besides, I’ve been reading these dangerous articles about how local food isn’t the most climate friendly after all, but it must be some evil plan made by the people who work for the transportation business.
(Seriously. I know what it’s all about, it’s not just the local you should look after in products. The materials and the transport system used, the working conditions and the ethical and ecological responsibility of the company matter too. I know that and I take account of it.)
