Just go at your own pace, match your speed to how your body is feeling. Don’t start off by running flat out, you’ll keel over! Start by walking for a good distance then gradually increase your speed, alternate between running for a couple of minutes and walking for a couple of minutes. When you’re doing good at that, increase the time of your running :) I’m still not managing to run for long periods of time but I’m enjoying it and it makes me feel good.. thats what its all about right!

How I did it
How I did it: I used to drink a lot of fizzy drinks and found they always made me bloated and gassy. I swapped the coke etc and started drinking fruit juice/squash instead then kept having it weaker until eventually just drank water, I really like drinking water now. We're in a hard water area at home so bought a filter and our waters great after that so I drink it all the time. Read how I did it…
