Over a bit of time that is. And only if you are still diligent about washing your face twice a day which you should do regardless of whether you wear makeup or not. You save money, time and have the luxury of having nice, clean skin.
For those that have a hard time letting go of cosmetics, try replacing foundation with a light concealer. Stick with lip gloss or balm instead of lipstick and use only mascara on the top lashes while ditching the eyeshadow and eyeliner.

It’s been a little over six months since my last one. If you are anything like me, I had a pretty serious habit. I wasn’t a casual smoker who only did this at the bar or when around friends. I made this a part of my everyday lifestyle until it became as routine as brushing my teeth. I felt empty without them. And to be 100% honest, I still think about them every now and then but only when I see or smell someone else smoking.
Only now, I am able think of it as a distant memory without the cravings this time. It’s wonderful not having that horrible heavy feeling in my lungs anymore and to be able to smell and taste things normally again. I don’t smell like smoke and my seasonal allergies are almost completely non existent… The positives are endless!
It was definitely one of the hardest things that I have ever done in my life. For me, I needed to do a complete lifestyle overhaul. I stayed away from the bars for a while, I’d eat breakfast instead of smoking in the morning. Whenever I felt a craving I would keep myself busy with small activities, like cleaning, or have a small snack, like a piece of fruit. And one of the best habits to get into is to just not buy a pack when you feel the urge.
