In an effort to eat more vegetables, I subscribed to a local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program. This gets me a box of fresh, locally grown, organic vegetables every week. This is my second week of vegetables, and it’s making a big difference in my diet. The vegetables are fresh and tasty and there’s always some sort of anticipation and planning involved in getting the next box of goodies.

I guess I can consider this goal completed. Especially with the darkness of winter, it’s easier to go to sleep early enough to get a good 7-8 hours sleep before having to get up uber early for work. It’s better than the 3-4 hour ‘naps’ at various times that I was getting.
