I’m doing so badly now! I put on weight over the weekend due to my period giving me the sweet craving. But today I shall try to regain some of that hard work by going on a strict one meal diet. Hopefully I’ll be able to avoid dinner, and with a skipped breakfast and lettuce for lunch I’ll get back.
I was exactly 112lb when I got up and weighed muself this morning! Which is very good- and I went to the gym today and ate very very healthily!
Therefore that goal is looking good!
Also I have been doing 50 situps instead of 40 which I hope will help even if only a little!
