Become Bowen Certified
why i want to become bowen certified

Bowen is a wonderful technique, a little like massage, but quite different, that promotes relaxation and healing in the body. My mother in law has done it for 15 years, and i just started taking lessons.

i want to become bowen certified because i know it works. i’ve seen it help so many people get out of pain. even with the few lessons i’ve had, i’ve personally helped people heal and relax. it’s amazing.

i want to be bowen certified because then i could have a marketable skill, become self employed and BE MY OWN BOSS!

the scale

I’ve finally bought a scale….and i’ve gained a lot of weight since i last owned one!!! Weighed myself that night, was 170. I started my diet, been on it for 1 week no, and i’ve lost 10 lbs. i’m guessing 5 lbs of that was food in tummy and what not since i weighed myself at night. so probably really only lost 5 lbs. My goal is still to be 130. I’m hoping tomorrow will be the first day that i break out of the 160’s and am into the 150s.

i’ve been having fruit smoothies for breakfast. soup for lunch and a protein and salad for dinner. still have 1 cheat day.

I need to excersize as well. latley i’ve just been doing Wii Biggest Loser.

revisit a hobby

i used to make adorable sock monsters nearly EVERY DAY! but since i started my job i “havn’t had time”. i decided that i’m gonna go get some more supplies today and start working on another one. even if i can’t finish it all in one day like i used to , at least i can be working on it slowly. pictures to come. you always have time to do something that makes you happy =D
