Well, it has been three weeks sinced I have last posted. I didnt mean to stray for so long, but sadly I have been on vacation and traveling. I spent two weeks in NYC, and the trip couldn’t have come ata better time. In the week since my first post in which I started out at 320, I had only lost a pound. A FREAKIN POUND! Then I hit the city…. and really, the only way to get around in NY is to walk. and walk. and walk. and walk.
I ate perfectly the whole trip,and got tons of cardio in. I cam back last night and weighed myself thismorning.
I lost 12 pounds in two weeks. Thats ridiculously exciting. I lnow this wont be the norm, but it was enough to make me realized that every little bit helps, and how good cardio really is for you.
And I figure if I can go for two weeks onvacation with staying to a diet, I sure as hell better be able to to it at home!
I would love to be under 300 in two weeks time. That is my short term goal. 3.5 pounds a week for two weeks. Completely doable if I work hard at it.

Well, today could have gone better, but for the most part, I did really well.

Southwest Steak Salad
consisting of: Corn, beans, lettuce, onions, tomatos,
sliced grilled steak with fat free southwest ranch dressing.
Bottle of water.
I drank one extra bottle of water, whoch means I need to drink at least one more bottle before I head to bed tonight.
Sadly, it is pouring rain here in FL which put a damper on my bike ride today. However,this had made me realize, that I am going to do more than just bike to get a workout. I am going to look into buying a Nortic Track tomorrow.
What is everyone else eating on a day to day basis? Any suggestions on healthy yet yummy food?
Today is the first day of my diet. I am hoping by the end of the month to have lost 12 pounds. It’s completely possible if I just stick with it.

Current Weight: 320
I am starting on Weight Watchers today as well. I’ve done WW before and have lost weight, so hopefully it shall work again.
My short term goal for this month, besides sticking to the diet is to do 30 minutes of bike riding ever day. I just bought a new bike over the weekend for this goal. EVery fitness book I read and such says biking is a really good form of cardio. yay.
Also, Ihope more people start posting here, seeing other lose is super encouraging!
