How I did it
How I did it: It took me 1 day to achieve this goal. I say this because as soon as you make the decision to stop permanently; 1) you are instantly a non-smoker, 2) you body begins the process of healing and restoring itself, 3) you begin to face the challenges of interacting socially, having a drink/cup of coffee, getting up in the morning, passing time and dealing with stress without a cigarette.
