How I did it: Health reasons which were stressed induced. Now solved. Omitting cholesterol and animal products from my diet helped to alleviate developing high blood pressure- I also did a ton of yoga... Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a class that was Italian all the time from Day One. I haven't technically "learned ALL of italian" but I know enough to make my way around, describe things, talk about myself- etc. Read how I did it…
I wear black because I sweat way too much which is embarassing and ridiculous in the same breath. If I wear another color I start worrying about sweating and then I get myself so worked up about it that I end up- you guessed it- sweating. I’ve tried every OTC thing I can find to stop the sweating but alas, nothing is working. I work with kids so I don’t dare think of wearing white.
Gah.
the way to touch your toes is not to push it- you will get there eventually and you shouldn’t stress yourself out if it seems that every person around you can touch their toes. yoga helps you touch your toes I believe- it may be my own bias, a few years ago I was unable to touch my toes and after one month of yoga (ashtanga/astanga) I was able to rest my palms on the floor. stretch at your own pace!
