How I did it: One round of the ground was around 500 metres ...your motivation fades away if you are running in circles....so start slowly firt ...then instead of running on teh track I started running inside teh entitre campus...and suprisingly i covered more distance than I expected.I maintained a slow speed first ...whih build my confidence that I can cover long distance..then i experimented with the speed Read how I did it…
Lookig forward to pratice speed reading. Its been long I havent praticed speed reading. Reading a lot these days so i guess I should speed read
I am looking forward to learn atleast one meditation technique and practice it for atleast 30 minutes
