Haven’t had much time to bake cookies lately, and bar cookies are so much easier than baking several pans of cookies. Will bake 43 pans of cookie bars and brownies.

... GMO foods is becoming more difficult as I try to replace more ingredients for cooking and baking. I am making progress, but at a much slower pace.
Searching company websites for the products I am looking for hasn’t helped much. I can narrow down which stores carry some of non-gmo brands, but can’t tell if the exact product is available without visiting the stores.
I recently discovered a local organic grocery store, but it caters to college students with a lot of prepared foods and did not have many of the ingredients/brands on my shopping list.
Still haven’t found Stonyfield vanilla frozen yogurt within 50 miles from my house, so we just bring a cooler with lots of ice packs when we are near the store that carries it.
Luckily we can find a lot of our basic non-gmo groceries within a mile from our house. Four online stores help fill in some of the gaps of pantry items and the other items aren’t needed as often, so we just shop for them every 3-6 weeks. It takes us that long to shop at 20+ stores. Just need to figure out how to squeeze a few farmers markets into our shopping routine.
