I’m having a hard time being consistent with workouts when traveling, I did okay for my first 3 week tour but the second one I’ve pretty much stopped any strength training.
I bought a Condo in October 2011 and I have to say that I LOVE it. Having my own space to play, learn, work, sleep, read, eat and be creative is a breath of fresh air after traveling for almost 2 years straight.
Now I’m in the process of making the place feel like a home by painting and decorating, it’s coming along well so far and is feeling more like home everyday. ; )
I found a gym close to home and have started going regularly working on cardio, and strength training. So far I’m really enjoying it.
