This will be at least 5-10 years from now when my husband and I are finished with college and are stabilized. Not renting anymore will be nice. I think of all the money I lose every year that I will never see a return on, and am disgusted.

Even in high school at 100lbs, I felt like I had to wear loose clothing or cover my “problem areas.” I’ve never worn a swimsuit to the beach. I always wear something else because I don’t want to show any skin because I feel self-conscience. I tell myself, “duh! ur not half as big as your peers!”, but I need to be more confident.
My childhood was traumatic. My mother was selfish, irresponsible, and naive. She’s been through 2 divorces, has moved me and my 3 siblings all over the country to 16 different schools. Not for any reason-a whim. There were several occasions where my family experienced homelessness on account of her financial retardation and inability to plan. I still treat her with the respect any child could give a parent, but she is off her rocker, and I never ever want to be anything like her.
