I need to make sure I eat more fruit and veges and less carbs (particularly at night – seems to work quite well for me) and keep up with my 2L water per day.

So I’ve been very sick for the last month with rheumatic fever and then I got a bad flu after that, so my gym goal had to be put on hold. Now I’m feeling a lot better and think I should be able to make 3 light sessions at the gym this week. Looking forward to feeling fit and healthy again. Tomorrrow I will do an easy session of walking and some light weights.
So I’ve managed to get into the habit of drinking a full 2L bottle of water everyday for the past week. I will give it a month of being consistent with this goal and then consider it an ingrained habit that I will (hopefully!) be able to keep up. But I’m feeling good drinking a lot of water again and my skin looks fab! :-)
