Just do it. Get your clothes off, jump about in the sea and enjoy being free. Preferably at night-time when few people are round and you won’t get arrested for scaring the kiddies. Best done without forward-planning, just go for it.

I’ve been fully addicted to fizzy drinks for a while now, whilst being fully aware of how bad it is for your health and how much money I’ve probably spent. ENOUGH! I’ve been cramming the last couple of days, which is going to make things 10 times worse, but I’m going home from uni today and plan to detox. I want to give up my addictions, so no more Dr Pepper, no more caffeine. Instead, a healthier diet, lots of water, a decent night’s sleep and a bit of excercise to give me some good old natural energy.

What’s the worst that could happen?
