I shall then be my personal ideal weight where i look and feel great. must get motivated again and start using my weight watchers website again. started well today, poached egg for brekkie and fruit and fibre for lunch. will head out for a run shortly as well. bring it on!

How I did it: i ran for Shelter, they provided a lot of support and help. I trained 4/5 times a week most week, except if I had any aches and pains when i eased up. I followed by training plan pretty closely but never ever ditched a long run. I also did the Alexander Technique and had weekly sessions with a teacher, it really helped to keep me injury free, and my movements free and positive. How I did it: i got friends to sponsor me, i organised an evening of dance, i also got my local pub to organise a fundraising night and i did a clothing exchange. A lot of this was done with a friend of mine also raising money for a similar charity and that was the biggest help of all, being able to do this with someone else who has lots of enthusaism and energy Read how I did it…
this is around £6000, I currently have £1500 in savings but keep dipping in to it and then having to top it up so its a bit stagnant. I need to get the focus back that I had when I first started saving. Writing everything down – it really helped
