How I did it: I started by doing exercises for beginners. I need to work on my balance, flexibility, and strength so I did exercises that would address these areas of my fitness. Once I was able to build up a base level of fitness, I decided to start jogging.I joined a running group, and started running intervals of 30 seconds followed by 1 minute of walking, and did this for a few weeks until I was able to run for 10 minutes, and walk for 1 minute. How I did it: I saved my web bookmarks (web sites that I wanted to go back to review or were ones that I would frequently use). After I saved them I sorted them into folders, and from the folders into sub folders.It took a while to organize them, because I had so many, but it was worth doing, and helped me to save time in the long run.In the future, I will only save the websites that I will want to use, and be selective of the ones that I want to add t… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started by training to run short distances (1-3 km) and over time I was able to build up my running time, and distance to do 5 km. After doing a few 5 km running races, I decided to do 10 km races, and then made the decision to try for a half-marathon.To get ready for the half-marathon, I walked the distance to make sure that I was capable of moving my body that distance. You enjoy getting your hair washed, and don’t cry when I pour the water over your hair. After your hair is washed, and dried your hair gets really fluffy, and soft. Your hair is almost long enough to put in a tiny pony tail.
Today you went for your first ride in the stroller outside. The weather was finally nice enough for you to be outside, and it was also the first time trying out the new double stroller. You really enjoyed the ride so much that you slept the whole time. Towards the end of the walk your big sister also fell asleep.
