I think it was not quite done yet when I took it out of the oven, since I really didn’t know what it would sound like hollow. But other than that, it was delicious, and so nice to eat warm and fresh, straight out of the oven! I can’t wait to bake bread again.

My boyfriend is the guy who messed up making regular eggs. Right now, I have him help me as I cook, which usually means just holding a bowl or something, due to a lack of counter space. I’m hoping to get him to the point where he can at least make something simple for himself, or for me if I’m starving and exhausted.
