i wont go into the details.
but i had to keep a mood diary for my councellor person thing, and i found its really easy to express thing in a diary that you cant say to a person or well…thing.
its great to reflect upon everything you forget in a year as well. i often flick back through my dairy. its amazing all the good things you remember!
try it out, just buy a diary, or even just a note book, and write out your hearts content. its great!

in fact im in the process of having my book published!
it is a poem book. all alternative genre. so not enjoyed by a fair few. yet selling all the same!
it has poems i have been writing since i was 11. ive had a suppotive group of mates behind me and its really helped.
so thanks to any of them.
but its a great achievement.
