How I did it: Started singing little by little, song by song.  I'd be at home on the net or in the car at first.  I'd sing especially when I was feeling down.I'd pick songs that had a positive message or words that would lift up my spirits.  Love songs to get the vocals loosened then dance tunes to get the whole body moving.I search for the lyrics on the net which made singing even more fun. How I did it: Keep interested and excited about their schooling.  Asking daily how they are doing.  Help encourage them with their home-work.  Remind them to do their best and if certain subjects are difficult I keep encouraging them no matter.  Praise and embrace ALL their efforts.Value their time with their friends and let them know they can do anything.  Make sure they have FUN as well outside of school.
